This position is first and foremost a sales position where you will be working with groups, local companies and our customers.
Successful Candidates Will
People who have a history of prospecting, developing relationships and selling to new and repeat customers will enjoy this role. This is a full time position.
Enjoy the pub environment
Have sales/event planning experience in the bar, restaurant or hospitality industry
Be self motivated and have a strong work ethic along with strong time management skills
Be professional in demeanor and appearance
Strong communication skills in person and online (proficiency with social media)
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Applicants must be 21 or older
Active prospecting and networking with targeted corporate accounts, conventions and tourism, networking groups and past customers
Be the point of contact for all inbound sales inquiries, pub tours and proposals
Plan and execute grassroots programs with local business, hotels and residences
Help generate, plan, organize, and execute pub promotions
You will be trained in basic pub management procedures
Your schedule will be determined by the pub Group opertaion Manager and will be determined by what events are going on and pub operations needs. This is a full time position and may require your presence on weekends, bank holidays, and other holidays.
