Experience requirements:

Experience in high volume restaurant
Italian Cuisine preferred but not necessary
Passionate about the craft of cooking
2 + years Sous Chef or higher of experience
Team Based Mindset
Organizational skills a must

Responsibilities:

Scheduling/inventory/ administrative responsibilities
management of staff
food quality control
Keep a clean and organized working environment
Demonstrated leadership skills.

Must have a valid Certified Food Handlers Card or be capable of obtaining one.
