Sous chefs needed (Downtown)

Been searching for 2 knockout energetic sous chefs that want to grow with a blooming company.
We have a great busy season that lasts most of the year with just 3 months of quiet time.
Looking for sous chefs that love being active on the line, teach and correct employees positively and have a strong work ethic.
DOH card is important.
Holding employees accountable is important, ensuring quality of product is being properly made and consistent.
Keeping everyone in check with DOH
Assisting the executive chef.
We want the work environment to be fun and fast moving.
