The Prep Cook’s / Cook’s responsibilities include:

  • Prepare food for patients, hospital staff and hospital guests
  • Provide food for catered events
  • Help serve food in the cafeteria
  • Prepare patient meals for room delivery

Cook Requirements include:

  • HS Degree Preferred
  • HAACP certification preferred
  • Familiarity of food service operations
  • Ability to follow safe food handling and preparation guidelines
  • Articulate, personable, dependable and confident with strong written and verbal communication skills.
