A private residence in the peninsula is seeking a full-time executive chef to join their estate. Ideal candidates will be well-versed in ultra fine dining and skilled at preparing a wide range of cuisines using the finest local, seasonal ingredients available — from scratch, with technical excellence and passion. Meal service includes lunch and dinner 5 days a week, with frequent entertaining for guests, and menus balanced between vegan/vegetarian and haute cuisine.
We’d love to hear from you if you have 5+ years of recent two or three star Michelin-level restaurant experience, enjoy creating beautiful presentations and producing exquisite fine dining and entertaining experiences. Regular work schedule is Tuesday-Saturday, with flexibility required for travel and holidays. This position offers a competitive salary and generous benefits package.
