Responsibilities will include:
-Manage the opening and closing of the kitchen
-Prepare and present food quickly and efficiently, meeting our standards
-Assist in keeping the kitchen clean and organized
-Keep up to date with current promotions, holidays and events
-Work safely around kitchen equipment, monitoring any maintenance issues
-Recruit and PROPERLY train new staff members
-Responsible for all kitchen related administration, including but not limited to: inventory, invoice filing, scheduling, etc.
-Maintain appropriate levels of staff at the appropriate times
-In charge of food and paper goods order for the entire store
-Assist in achieving financial targets set for the store
-Communicate effectively with the staff and FOH manager
-Adhere to company policies and procedures, LEAD BY EXAMPLE
-Be involved in and contribute during team meetings
-Help with creating and developing new menu items
-Have a valid Food Manager Certificate, registered with the city
