Weekend Managers & Cashiers Needed (Austin)

We’re a small company that needs to grow! We provide concession food service at youth sports, and at events (festivals, concerts, etc). We’re currently booked at multiple locations almost every weekend, with a heavy schedule between March & June. We operate locations all over Austin: Cedar Park, NW (near Parmer & Anderson Mill), Lake Travis/Bee Caves, Manchaca, and South Austin.

What type of positions are we looking for… primarily part time, weekend based work for cashiers and managers. Both positions involve a lot of interactions with customers, the primary difference is that the manager is responsible for operations during their shift, and possibly for set up & tear down tasks as needed. A few locations are inside buildings, but many locations & events will be outdoors under tents.

Youth sports locations feature a simple menu of typical concession fare: hot dogs, sausage wraps, nachos, chips, drinks, etc. Event based service usually feature a non-alcoholic blended beverage only menu.

Pay rates for each position are based on previous experience. Cashiers earn $9 – $11 per hour, managers are paid $12-$18 per hour. Teens are encouraged to apply, as is anyone with a full time job looking for extra work. We can generally accommodate schedule requests.

Previous food service experience is helpful, but not required. We’ll train you on our processes & procedures.
