DILLON BEACH GENERAL STORE + COASTAL KITCHEN is NOW HIRING ALL POSITIONS

At Dillon Beach General Store + Coastal Kitchen we will embrace the philosophy of “slow food” in a fast-paced environment, with a major emphasis on locally and sustainably grown food.

The integral front of house positions; cashiers, baristas, servers and hosts, are not only tasked with efficient multitasking during fast-paced rushes, but also with educating our customers about our thoughtful gourmet offerings and, most importantly imparting warmth and hospitality through friendly customer service.

The integral back of house positions; line cook, prep cook and dishwasher, require a can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and works well within a small team.

Dillon Beach Coastal Kitchen focuses on serving simple, well sourced food from a fast paced and creative kitchen. Learn about and work with some of the best producers and products in the area. Maintaining consistent quality and cleanliness standards are priority in our busy kitchen.

Our market + restaurant will only be as good as the people who work for it. We are on the hunt for great people to help shape our future of food, to bring energy, ideas and determination, and to nurture and develop our special hospitality and food culture.
