With the addition of multiple new restaurants this year we are looking for dynamic individuals join our team and grow with us.

We are currently seeking qualified chef candidates for our Tacoma location.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, as well as the ability to manage, lead, train, and develop people. They must be outgoing, personable, and reliable with a strong sense of hospitality.

Responsibilities:
•Ensures a clean and sanitary kitchen
•Assist in hiring, scheduling, training and career development of others within the kitchen team
•Ensures execution and consistency of high food quality and recipe adherence standards
•Responsible for kitchen cost control and administration
•Reviewing and evaluating all kitchen Team Members

Qualifications
• Minimum 2 to 5 years as a manager in a full-service restaurant.
• Must have strong leadership skills and abilities.
• Ability to manage, lead, train, and develop people
• Strong communication skills
• Must be dependable, reliable and motivated.
• Must be outgoing, personable, and reliable with a strong sense of hospitality.
