About the restaurant

We are a year old establishment with hunger for growth, we strive on using the best local ingredients to make our food at the restaurant. Our concept is a fast casual over the counter Mexican restaurant focused on making a mark in the are with traditional flavors and unusual techniques.

The Chef

Chefs vision is to bring t o the table good sourced ingredients and make simple yet delicious food. While shaping a new business model he will be bringing to the table his 18+ years of culinary knowledge with techniques and flavors that will make every guest have a memory with the food we carry daily.

The Position

Passion doesn’t feed us enough, I need a candidate that is ready to take a step toward in his/her carrier to become their own boss and are able to hold them selves accountable for every aspect which include but does not limit; food inventory / ordering, food production, and most important the execution with consistency. You will work side by side with a team eager to learn and a chef eager to teach.

Here are some more desire requirements

*Must be able to work holidays and weekends. (Saturday and Sunday are a must.)
*Previous kitchen supervisor role is require with a minimum of 2 yr.
*Serve safe is a must with training skills to uphold the kitchen to health department standards.
*Able to manage a slow kitchen swell as a busy one. (labor cost aware.)
*Great communication skills are a must.
*Bilingual (Spanish / English)
*Must have knowledge of Mexican food and be passionate about ingredients.
*Management skills are very important yet we will provide training for growth.
*Listening is essential key for growth and understand the value of constructive criticism.
