We are looking to hire a prep cook to work at our commissary location. You would be working with a small team that does the majority of prep for our two popular food trailers in the Austin area. Starting pay is $16/hr but can easily be more based on performance. Full or part time availability. Must be available weekday mornings 9-5 at a minimum. Must have kitchen experience and prep experience is strongly preferred. You should also be friendly, have a good sense of humor, and be able to complete repetitive cooking tasks for long hours without getting bored. If you are the type of cook who “gets bored easily,” this is probably not for you. There is also opportunity to work nights part-time at one of our food trucks if you are also interested in that.
