Stone Fox seeking Bar Manager (Chicago)

Stone Fox is looking for a bar manager to complete our team. Located on the edge of Andersonville and Edgewater, our kitchen features scratch pasta and pizzas with veggies off the wood grill served shared plates style. Our killer bar serves up fun and delicious cocktails alongside local brews and an ever-expanding wine list. Our enormous patio – one of the largest on the North side – is set to open in a matter of weeks.

We are looking for someone who is self-motivated, has strong leadership skills and is comfortable running the room. We take hospitality seriously, and strive to meet all our customers to make sure their needs are heard and met.

Ideal candidates possess:
Experience with POS systems
Experience with Microsoft Office
Food and beverage knowledge
Beer, wine, and spirits knowledge
A professional, warm and hospitable attitude
The preparedness to:
Work long, potentially physical hours
Work late hours
Hire and train staff
Handle daily financials
Guest relations
Staff evaluation
Maintaining established costs and sales goals
