CARVERS – rate of pay commensurate with experience
Responsible for all activities that take place in the pit

SIDES / CASHIER – rate of pay commensurate with experience

DISHWASHER: $15/hr
Sweep sidewalks
Set-up dining room
Stock server station
Clean bathrooms
Clean dishes and kitchen equipment

GRILL COOKS – rate of pay commensurate with experience
Cook proteins
Prep their station (basic knife work)
Maintain a wood burning grill
Maintain a clean work environment
Set up and break down their station

PREP COOKS – rate of pay commensurate with experience
Prepare Sauces

CATERING ASSISTANT – rate of pay commensurate with experience
Assist Catering Manager with on-site and off-site service of catering events.
Responsible for setting up prep stations, buffets and basic food preparation for various events
Knowledge of handling and cutting meats preferred, not required
Loading and unloading Catering Van for off-site events
Comfortable driving Commercial Van

DRIVER – rate of pay commensurate with experience
Transporting food between all facilities at Industry City and Red Hook
Loading and unloading of food in large quantities
Loading and unloading deliveries from vendors to storage facilities
Availability for occasional off-site catering events in tri-state area
Must have minimum of 3 years of driving experience

BAKER (PM hours) – BAKER (5:30pm-1 or 2 am): $15+/hr
Our ideal candidate is ready to learn, is comfortable with working as part of a diverse team, as well as independently/solo. They have experience with laminated pastry and bread, working with deck ovens/loaders, packaging customer orders, and can expertly manage their time/work flow. They know how to hustle, pay great attention to detail, and have a positive attitude.

PASTRY PREP COOK: $15/hr
Our Ideal Candidate: Has knowledge of viennoiserie/laminated doughs; Can operate double-deck convection ovens, mixers and sheeters; Is able to prep product in high-volume with great attention to detail; Supports their teammates by communicating effectively and pitching in wherever it is needed; Ensures sanitation practices are upheld by utilizing FIFO, properly storing products and keeping their work areas clean; Monitors inventory to ensure accuracy and availability of supplies; We are offering a full time position (40- 45 hours per week) with fixed days off. Weekend availability is a requirement. Food safety is a priority for us, so please have or be willing to get a Food Handler’s license. Bilingual candidates (Spanish/Eng) will have an easier time working with our team, but we welcome everyone regardless of language spoken.
