Tiger Mama is the second endeavor from renowned chef, restaurateur and 2018 & 2019 James Beard Finalist- Best Chef Northeast Tiffani Faison, Tiger Mama is a sexy, bold, dynamic restaurant inspired by the flavors of Southeast Asia. The menu wanders through Thailand, Vietnam and Malaysia; it is deliberately expansive in order to balance dishes that are familiar with plates that push the envelope. Instead of re-creating traditional dishes, Tiger Mama respectfully interprets them. The menu offers small and medium sized plates as well as several banquet-style dishes that are ideal for sharing.
We are currently seeking hard working and motivated PM Line Cooks. The ideal candidate has a passion for the craft of cooking and is excited to work in a high-energy atmosphere that encourages creativity.
Previous kitchen experience is helpful, but we are always willing to train the right individual that exemplifies a strong work ethic and desire to succeed.
We offer a very competitive hourly rate, medical, dental and vision package, and positive company culture. We also recently implemented a 3% Kitchen Appreciation Fee to increase the Back of House wages. A positive attitude and an ability to handle high pressure situations is a must.
