Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Lead, develop,  train, and motivate teams
  • Identify and develop team members for future leadership roles
  • Manage team member performance with clear feedback, recognition, reviews, coaching/teaching, and discipline
  • The restaurant general manager will maintain restaurant cleanliness and ensure that QSC standards are achieved
  • Increase sales and maximize profit
  • The restaurant general manager will support community involvement

Position Requirements

As a Restaurant General Manager, you must be a self-motivated, dedicated and outgoing leader who can manage your team with integrity, honesty and knowledge while promoting our culture and values. You must also be highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to value change and to work effectively in a fast paced environment while providing excellent customer service. It is imperative that you possess excellent communication, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
