Responsibilities:
- Work under the direction of the General Manager.
- Be fully involved in FOH and BOH operations – from helping guests to prepping food.
- Uphold company policies and procedures.
- Employee Scheduling
- Maintenance of restaurant
- Train and coach employees.
- Inventory, ordering, receiving
- General financial reporting / working with budgets, etc

Qualifications & Requirements for Assistant Manager:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Assistant Manager, preferably in full-service
- Hands-on BOH management experience required
- Comfortable working both FOH and BOH
- Guest-focused
- Great employment tenure
- Very comfortable working in high-volume operations
Preferred Concepts:
- Casual Full Service (Applebee’s, BW3, TGIF, Outback, Texas Roadhouse)
- High Volume Family Dining (First Watch, Cracker Barrel)
