- Prepare the food according to the recipes with consistency while following the brand standards
- Prepare and breakdown food stations
- Ensure proper sanitation and cleanliness of stations

Candidates should possess the following qualities:
- At least one year of experience in similar position at a full service restaurant.
- Skilled Nursing Facility experience a plus
- Moderate knowledge of Korean Cuisine.
- Positive and professional attitude
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment
- Must be a team player and communicate well with others
- Provide friendly, genuine, and excellent service to enhance the dining experience
- Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds
- Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours)
- ServeSafe Certified
