As a Lead Cook, you would be responsible for overseeing and participating in the preparation of food items in accordance with recipes and established standards in the hotel. You would also oversee all aspects of the sanitation initiatives as well as supervising the Stewarding team in the absence of the Executive Chef. Your goal is to deliver outstanding customer service and the enhancement of property financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

EDUCATION
High school graduate or equivalent preferred. Culinary training is preferred.
EXPERIENCE
Minimum four years cooking experience with proven proficiency and a la carte line food production.
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATES

GROOMING/UNIFORMS
