Title of Position: Catering Chef

Job Description: The Catering Chef is a key part of the team and drives the highest success in coordination and execution for on-site events of all sizes. The Catering Chefs key to success is excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to multi-task, manage & direct multiple positions and provide genuine hospitability. The Catering Chef will manage and oversee the planning and execution of all booked events while working directly with Event Sales Coordinator and Chefs as to scope, expectations, floor plans, menu, timeline, vendors and entertainment in advance to every event. The Catering Chef must be present and participate in all tasting and event planning meetings and will plan staff (FOH and BOH) and event schedules to ensure proper event coverage is guaranteed. The Catering Chef will maintain and develop accurate financial and administrative records and serve as liaison and coordinator between Event Sales Managers, Supervising Chefs, Staffing, Captains, Suppliers, Vendors, Rental Companies and Clients as needed to plan events. This person in this position will need to assess contract requirements and ensure satisfaction with the services delivered and perform final review and assessment of catering events to determine if they meet performance and quality standards

             Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Catering Chef

             Must have experience of $2 million plus in sales per year as a Catering Chef

             The Catering Chef must be able to lead a team to successful business
