IPPUDO Line Cook – Santa Monica (32003)

The Line Cook is responsible for preparation of all basic skill level dishes according to company recipes, customer orders, and local health regulations. This position operates all kitchen equipment, such as the range, oven, knives, slicer, and processor in a safe manner. Under the guidance of the Kitchen Manager, the Line Cook may train and develop hourly staff to ensure smooth kitchen operation and assist in ways to improve cooking processes. 

The Line cook is responsible for ensuring a constant and adequate supply of ingredients is prepared based on company specifications and local health regulations.  This position will also work in the Noodle Room, making noodles with a noodle-making machine as required.  The Line Cook may also perform cleaning,dish washing and sanitizing tasks to ensure kitchen area is well kept and maintained.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred 
• Speak and understand fluent English and write basic English
• Minimum one to two years of previous cook experience preferred 
• Adhere to food safety requirement
