Pick up the phone and greet callers thrilled to plan their Yellowstone vacation. We operate 9 lodging facilities, 31 restaurants, and 5 campgrounds inside Yellowstone National Park. Each area of Yellowstone has its unique features, and you’ll get to learn them all! Guide your guest towards the best options for their interests, and share your enthusiasm for the park. Sell some activities, earn some commissions, take part in our daily staff meeting, and then clock out with your evening free to explore and play in Yellowstone! The Reservations Department is housed in what was previously the Haynes Pictures Shops Headquarters. Originally built in 1929, designed by Fred Willson, the Haynes building included a dormitory, an overnight photo finishing service, and retail space that carried an assortment of photographs, books, camera film and other supplies. Renovated in 2016 the Haynes building is now LEED certified, and home to our busy call center.After applying, you will be contacted by a member of the Reservations Hiring Team to schedule an interview.
