We are currently looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual to oversee and support the Front Office to insure compliance with Marriott’s operating procedures, standards and total guest satisfaction. This person will be responsible for the management of front office personnel such as staff training and shift scheduling. They will also greet and register guests, provide prompt and courteous service and provide information regarding hotel facilities and guest accommodations to meet Marriott’s high standards or quality.
This position will require a flexible schedule, however most shifts will be in the PM.
Previous hotel experience required.
