Zia’s Delicatessen, Sacramento is now accepting applications for part-time positions. Must be available for lunchtime shifts, Monday-Saturday. Flexible hours for students.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Deli counter help, which includes: making sandwiches, espresso drinks, slicing meats and cheeses, cashiering, and general customer service. Also includes general deli prep for lunchtime rush, restocking of food and retail items, and general cleanup.

We are looking for someone who excels in customer service, is a team player and multi-tasker, as well as energetic and ready for the busy lunchtime shift. Please have a Food Handlers Certificate. Knowledge of meat and cheeses, as well as previous food and service experience, is a definite plus.

Zia’s Delicatessen, Sacramento is a full service delicatessen and Italian market. We opened in December of 2012 in Sacramento, but have been in continuous business at our Davis store for over 20 years. We are fast-paced during our lunchtime. We pride ourselves in quick service, high quality food, and excellent customer service. We don’t just serve our costumers, we get to know them and remember their regular orders!

PLEASE DROP OFF RESUMES IN PERSON, with past work experience, to 1401 O Street, at the corner of 14th & O Streets, downtown Sacramento. It’s best to AVOID our lunch time, between 11 am-2 pm.
