The Crowne Plaza Hotel is seeking a dependable person to join our engineering team. The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for the appearance and working order of the hotel. You must be able to work independently, as well as with others. THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION. 1-2 YRS EXP.
Responsibilities include maintaining equipment in guest rooms and hotel public spaces, performing room PM, and answering room calls. We seek basic knowledge and skills in electrical, life safety systems, plumbing, HVAC, preventative maintenance, someone with overall maintenance knowledge and trouble shooting ability with skills in painting, HVAC, carpentry, equipment, and tool usage. Previous hotel engineering/maintenance preferred, but not required.
Must be willing and able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in written format in English, and must be eligible to work in the United States. Candidates send resume or apply in person at 6121 N.
