All Positions~ Marco’s Pizza (Westheimer & Gessner)

Hello Primo!
We are one of Houston’s busiest and best pizza restaurants. We are seeking select people to be part of the growth and excitement at Marco’s Pizza. We are looking to fill all positions.
Some pizza experience is helpful, but NOT required.
What we DO REQUIRE:
* A neat appearance.
* Valid ID and social security card.
* Outgoing, happy personality. Angry people need not apply.
* Valid Driver’s License, car and auto insurance (for drivers / management)
* Must be dependable.
* Willingness to learn our methods.

We are currently hiring for:

* Delivery drivers: Full-Time or Part-Time. Flexible schedule helpful. Experience helpful but not required. Good running car, driver’s license and insurance must be provided. Clean driving record for last 3 years. YES, we check DMV. Our drivers are paid $7.25 hr + tips. They average $12-14 hr. total compensation. While not out on delivery, our drivers are required to help out inside the store. They do prep work, fold boxes, cleaning, answer phones, etc.

* Insiders: Part-Time. Experience helpful, but not required. This one of our most important positions at Marco’s. You will be trained on several positions inside the restaurant. Pizza making, cashier, prep, phones, etc. Our Insiders are paid $7.50-$8.50 per hr. based on experience and availability.

* Shift Leader: Part-Time. This is our entry level management position. Experience in a fast-food and / or pizza leadership position is required. Flexible schedule is helpful. Pay rate is $8.50-$10.00 based on experience and availability.
