We are looking for a passionate cook who wants to serve only the best ingredients, flavor combination and presentation. A talented individual who agrees with our philosophy, wants to join a small team and grow with us. There is significant opportunity for advancement with our company as we are looking to open our 2nd location in 2019.

Job Description
• Responsible for grill/sauté during dinner service.
• Must be able to work well in a team, will take responsibility for their actions, and consistently pay attention to details.
• Assist in the preparation of meals by chopping vegetables, making salads, and putting together entrée prep.
• Proficiency in knife skills and knowledge of how to utilize a wide range of kitchen tools and utensils, including grinders and gram scale for portion control and measuring.
• Self-motivated, strong work ethic, good communication skills.
• Completing all tasks with enthusiasm, curiosity and passion.

We will be celebrating our 3rd anniversary on Valentine’s Weekend 2019 and have already become one of Del Mar’s favorite restaurant. We now have our vision set on establishing ourselves as the best in San Diego.
