JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

* Motivate staff, increase sales and lead in a fast-paced environment.
* Help maintain guest satisfaction to the utmost levels.
* Work with and support management in all operational aspects of the business and help maintain company standards.
* Supervise, coordinate and delegate activities of restaurant personnel to ensure that the restaurant is running efficiently and profitably according to restaurant standards.
* Directly supervise, lead and mentor all employees on a daily basis in all departments.
* Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with restaurant policies and applicable laws.
* Do whatever it takes to ensure absolute guest and staff satisfaction.
* Interviewing and training service staff employees.
* Planning, assigning and directing work.
* Appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees.
* Addressing complaints and resolving problems.
* Finding problem areas and develop solutions.
