Busy Restaurant/Bar Seeks Manager, Assistant Manager, Late Night Mngr (White Plains, NY)

We’re obsessed with excellent service! And we’re seeking like-minded leaders to join our staff and deliver a memorable experience to our guests. Current positions available at our White Plains restaurant and bar: Manager, Assistant Manager, Late Night Manager. *REFERENCES REQUIRED*

MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be the front line of the customer experience. You will need to deliver the highest level of service standards, and must exhibit an extremely confident, professional, and friendly demeanor in order to keep guests satisfied. Responsibilities include:
-P&L knowledge
-inventory and cost control
-managing scheduling, hiring, and training of future employees
-overseeing the floor on a day to day basis
-helping with orderings
-working with a POS system (must have prior experience doing so) and Open Table
-running daily pre-shift meetings and briefing staff on specials and drink offerings (must have an in-depth knowledge of alcohol as we are also a bar and lounge)
-must have Serve Safe certification
-strong knowledge of wine, liquor, and global cuisine

Assistant Manager and Late Night Manager will also both assist in the above functions as needed. Late Night Manager is needed for Friday and Saturday nights, and occasional special events.
