A successful General Manager (GM) at one of our Pizza Pubs must be able to create an environment to which both customers and employees want to come. Our Pizza Pubs are high volume units and require a GM who can lead hourly crew members as well as empower other managers to do their best. A Zeeks GM is a consummate trainer and delegator- demanding the best of employees with respect, kindness, direct communication, and accountability. A Zeeks GM sets the example of superior service to our guests and requires that their employees follow their example. A Zeeks GM understands the business side of the restaurant business- increasing sales, maintaining a safe work environment, managing labor and COGS, and effective cash management are keys to growth. A Zeeks GM takes pride in establishing relationships with management, employees, vendors, and customers, making Zeeks Pizza THE place to work and play.
