Tortoise Supper Club is a Metropolitan Supper Club in the heart of River North. We offer Steaks, Chops, and the Freshest Seafood made from scratch. We hire candidates with least one year of fine dining experience, and a natural warmth and hospitality. We train our partners to provide an experience above serving food and slinging gin. We expect you to know all of the ingredients in the dishes offered on our menu as well as preparation techniques and wine pairings. We are looking for service professionals.
