DuBa is a new state-of-the-art karaoke lounge located on 1333 W Cheltenham Ave, Elkins Park in the heart of Philly’s Korea Town.
It features 8 private rooms with the latest Karaoke entertainment equipment and an extensive library of over 100,000 Korean, English, and Chinese songs. We have the full-size bar with 12 kinds of draught beers and an extensive selection of craft beers and Korean cocktails.
An adjacent lounge area has 4K HDTV screen for showing major sporting events.

Manager
We are looking for someone with a passion for hospitality and the service industry. Our ideal candidate will not only meet but exceed the needs of our guests. We are looking for an industry professional to help lead our team and adhere to all policies and procedures already in place. Previous management experience or a long standing history of work in hospitality is a requirement.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Opening and closing duties
• Management of staff members as well as guests
• Networking both in and outside of the area
• Building guest relationships
• Working efficiently with the existing management team
• Focus on product and labor cost, sanitation of building and adhering to all health codes and regulations before, during and after service.
• Focus on making sure staff members are following the correct steps of service to give our guests the best experience possible.

Experience with social media & computer knowledge essential. Professional and personable is a must. Applicant must be able to communicate with guests in a way that makes them feel valued NO MATTER WHAT THE SITUATION.
RAMP & ServSafe certification a plus.

Manager position is full time; requires nights & weekends. Compensation is highly competitive with industry standards.

Bartender
DuBa is looking for a bartender whose focus is on guest satisfaction. HOSPITALITY is our number 1! The bartender occupies one of the most integral functions in the restaurant. You are often one of the first faces the guest truly interact with. You must have strong wine, and spirits knowledge. Beyond that, you are expected to use your skill, knowledge, and personality to provide a dining/drinking experience that exceeds all expectations. We pride ourselves on treating guests like family. Exceptional service is a MUST!

* More than 2 years high volume, upscale experience
