JOB OVERVIEW

The Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) Counter Sales Associate creates and maintains quality experiences for each guest. They work at one of our 8 QSR counters, including gelato, pastry, panini and more. Sales associate, reports to the QSR General Manager and Assistant Managers.

Maintains all QSR counters including proper set-up, food handling, safety and sanitation standards while preparing, serving food and cleaning
Replenishes displays neatly including separation of allergens (nuts, wheat, etc.)
Prepares necessary collateral, serve and package food
Weighs, labels and packages products as necessary
Complies with all portion sizes, quality standards, department rules, policies and procedures
Completes food preparation assignments neatly, accurately and timely
Ensures all items are dated and following First in First Out (FIFO) standards
Operates a cash register and ensure accuracy of cash drops and authenticity of bills
Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong communication & GUEST service skills
Previous experience operating a cash register preferred
Prior food service experience preferred

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, preferred
Standing, bending and mobility for up to 8 hours
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
