VALET ATTENDANT – Vi at La Jolla (Residential Facility) (La Jolla/UTC)

We are looking for friendly and motivated Valet Attendants to woo our customers while parking their cars in a professional manner. You must apply online in order to be considered to interview.

A LAZ Valet Attendant plays a significant role in the success of the company. They are the first and last person our clients & customers see. A warm welcome, smiling face, & professional demeanor are of the utmost importance.

Guaranteed Full Time hours. The Vi is not seasonal so you are going to get 40 hours per week every week.
Annual raises.
Employee appreciation fund is paid out in June and December. It is typically $.92 for each hour worked in the period. A typical FT employee will receive between $900 and $1000 twice per year.
Full Time employees receive medical and dental benefits.
Holiday pay of time and a half is given for New Years Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.

What will I do?
Park customer cars like a champ. This means carefully, efficiently, & in a timely manner. Bring back cars the way they came. Run fast, drive slow! Safety first!
Greet all customers by name, take care of their needs, & develop a rapport with each person driving up to your stand.
Help direct traffic to keep the flow of cars clean & organized. You’ll make sure to do this with a smile.
Provide a self-reliant attitude when needed. Must be able to work with or without supervision.
Promote awesome customer relations. Smile, go above & beyond, make them love LAZ parking the moment they meet you.
MUST be able to successfully pass a drug test and background check.
MUST be at least 19 years old and licensed to drive for 2 years
MUST be able to maintain an acceptable driving record.

$12.50 an hour. Full time available.
