We are looking for an experienced baker to join our team. Responsibilities will include but not limited to: baking daily bread, morning items and assisting with breakfast items. Must be able to measure dry ingredients and understand scaling and volume measuring. Must have knowledge of bread baking, commercial oven use and large mixers. Other items to bake may include cheesecakes, carrot cakes, tarts, pastries and various other main menu items. Once trained you will be expected to work independently with minimal supervision.
Bakery and/or restaurant experience is necessary. Shift will start at 1 or 2 am or earlier if it is holiday season. Position is full-time. We are closed on Mondays however the kitchen operates normally.
