Goodfire BBQ is a very well capitalized new barbecue chain preparing to open its first location in San Antonio at Perrin Beitel/410. The company already owns property for two additional San Antonio locations, and has the financial ability to grow. Goodfire BBQ originated from a well researched analysis of the barbecue industry and has been designed to be the highest volume barbecue concept anywhere. We researched and worked years to develop superior barbecue equal or superior to the best barbecue restaurants in Texas. Our barbecue, which is smoked in low pits, traditional hill country style, is cooked fresh all day long (instead once per day until sold out), and is accompanied by freshly made scratch side items, homemade bread & rolls, over-the-top homemade pies, 29º beer, and strong frozen alcoholic beverages. The restaurant has a very fun and super clean atmosphere, wood deck patio, 2 jukeboxes filled with only Texas Country music, and is designed to be a very fun place. Goodfire BBQ is a large restaurant with over 300 seats and, with alcohol and some interesting appetizers, is designed to be busy in the evenings as well as lunch.
