POSITION SUMMARY:

The Supervisor directs the FOH staff on restaurant service standards. You will be responsible for motivating restaurant staff and maintaining a cohesive team.  Ensuring that the restaurant’s standards, policies, and procedures are met by the staff is also within the scope of your responsibility. 

Those with BOH & FOH experience strongly encourage to apply!

Required Knowledge Base: 

• 1 year restaurant supervisory experience overseeing 3 or more employees is preferred but necessary – We are willing to train the right person
• Must be friendly and willing to go above and beyond to provide great service to guests
• Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies and procedures.
• Exhibit working knowledge of scheduling functions
• Adhere to all Health Department, sanitation, and safety regulations as required by the restaurant
