We are seeking enthusiastic, self-managing problem solvers who want to create magical delicious experiences for our customers and loyal fans. Our Cupcake Retailers must be able to work independently, have great communication skills, and have reliable transportation as we have locations all over Austin! Available positions are part time with flexible scheduling. Hourly Base Pay + Sweet Tips! ($9/hr guaranteed, but the opportunity to make $12+ an hour with tips)
Duties Include:
-Welcoming/Assisting Customers in finding their favorite Hey Cupcake! choice
– Fulfilling Customer Orders & Inputting Orders into POS system
– Accurate Cash Handling
– Folding Bakery Boxes
– Trailer Cleanliness Upkeep
– Placing Trailer Inventory Orders & Restocking
– Communication via email or text with upper management on day to day issues
Qualifications Needed:
– HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
– Food Handlers Certification (Certified thru the City of Austin)
– Excellent Customer Service
– Ability to work at both of our trailer locations (1511 South Congress & 1702 Barton Springs Rd)
– Flexible Part-Time Availability and
– Money Handling Experience (or a passion to learn!)
