Restaurant Shift Leader (Philadelphia)

We are looking for shift leaders for a fast casual calzone restaurant in Philadelphia. Prior restaurant experience is required and knowledge of the fast casual industry is preferred. Our hours of operation are from 4PM-4AM seven days a week so late night hours are a must and very important to our business.
Our personalized, made to order calzones, is a unique concept and a great addition to Philadelphia’s vibrant late night scene. We are looking for motivated people that are able to serve customers with passion so that we can grow our brand in Philly and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:
-Open and close register tills for staff members, reconcile register and delivery tills, and resolve cash overages and shortages.
-Ensure each shift is adequately staffed.
-Develop and assign daily preparation and cleaning tasks to staff members.
-Resolve customer issues and approve exceptions to policy for coupons, returns, etc.
-Train new hires and create development opportunities for experienced staff members.
-Provide recognition and constructive feedback throughout the shift as appropriate.
-Assist Managers with Food ordering/Pepsi Ordering/Scheduling/Hiring.
