Foreign Cinema seeks Food Runner (mission district)

Busy restaurant in the Mission District is currently hiring a Food Runner.

WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING TO FILL: Monday, Wednesday and Saturday nights and Sunday brunch.

Monday 5pm-10:30pm, Wednesday & Saturday 6pm-11:30pm, Sunday Brunch 11am-4pm.

Availability to pick up or cover other shifts is a plus.

The appropriate candidate has at least 1 year experience with high volume running, interest in food and wine, flexible schedule, and weekend availability is necessary.

Please be able to handle working in a high volume setting while maintaining fine-dining standards, i.e. knowing the menu, good communication skills and grace under pressure.

Candidate must be professional, presentable, outgoing, a team player, and someone who truly takes hospitality to heart. This position requires foresight, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a knack for problem solving.

Runner is paid hourly wage + tips and has opportunity to pick up more shifts as needed.
