Baker & Pastry Prep
Two Little Red Hens Bakery, located on the Upper East side, is seeking an enthusiastic and hard-working individual for their nighttime baking team! Responsibilities include assisting the other two nighttime bakers with pie assembly, breakfast pastry prep and additional baking production. Minimum 5 years kitchen experience required.
This position is full-time, and hours are from 6pm until 2am. We are looking for someone who is highly team-oriented, able to follow directions and multi-task, work cleanly, be self-motivated and punctual. Our night baking team is very small but works together to ensure the success of each person. We are supportive, determined and passionate to execute perfection with all of our products!
