Top-tier cocktail program seeking a full-time barback. This is for evening/ night shifts, and you must be available at least 5 days a week.
Duties include:
– Bar setup and breakdown
– Juicing
– Prepping fruits, infusions, syrups
– Support bar staff through shift (refilling and replacing bottles, juices, garnishes)
– Glass washing etc.
– Cleaning stations during and after the shift
