International Restaurant Group, Aqua, with locations in Beijing, UK, & Hong Kong, seeks experienced Captains, Hosts, Runners and Servers for a new upscale restaurant opening in Midtown NYC. Qualities we look for are a passion for food and drink, a genuine interest in making dining out fun for our guests, and a warm, hospitable disposition.

Open Call: 7/18/19, Between 4pm and 5:30pm
Location: 58th Street between lexington and third avenue, right passed the starbucks inside 1 beacon court

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum of 2 years experience in high volume or fine dining New York City restaurants.
Advanced knowledge of wine, spirits and cocktails.
Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
A polished, professional demeanor, with hospitable disposition
A desire to grow, learn and progress in the hospitality industry.
Leadership skills and team orientated.
