BAKER

We are looking for motivated people to join our local, high-volume concept.

Our new restaurant is coming in the Fall in Austin! We are seeking a full time baker for our new Zilker Park location. Job responsibilities will include making sourdough and yeast breads daily, in addition to producing restaurant dessert components in a high volume setting.

Pastry/bread baking experience preferred but not required. Expect morning shifts, full time hours.

fresh, local and innovative food at our growing concept.

Our cooks need to be professionals, who have a passion for creating fresh-made
from-scratch dishes, every day. You might run the grill station, starter/fry station, appetizer station,
prep food for the day or prepare fresh salads. WE ARE SPECIFICALLY SEEKING INDIVIDUALS
WITH RAW BAR EXPERIENCE. You will need to maintain a clean kitchen, have a keen eye for freshness, quality, execution and uphold our high standards of sanitation and safety.
