We are looking for a Assistant General Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality and passing that enthusiasm onto the team.
Responsibilities will include:
Manage team member performance with clear feedback, recognition, reviews, coaching/teaching and discipline.
Lead by example, participating actively in service and interacting with clientele.
Skillful guest recovery when addressing guest complaints
Opening duties, ensuring the restaurant is secure and all financial procedures are followed
Leading pre-shift meetings that boost employee morale and performance
Qualifications:
3 years experience in a New York establishment
Outstanding leadership and communication skills
Strong organizational and follow through skills
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and POS systems, and Open Table
Energetic, warm, personable and enthusiastic demeanor
