Position Overview & Responsibilities

  • Daily restaurant operations with a focus on flawless execution, increasing profit and enhancing the guest experience  Promote a teaching and learning environment 
  • P&L, food cost and inventory management 
  • Ability to partner and build relationships with management, colleagues and vendors while demonstrating leadership and integrity and promoting team success
  • The ability to attract and develop a quality staff of A players.
  • Unfailing work ethic.
  • Ability to motivate others to accomplish goals
  • Knowledge of food specs and execution

Position Requirements

  • 2-4 years of progressive restaurant management experience in a full-service
  • Proven leadership skills, strong communication and ability to follow-through
  • Full service Chain restaurant experience preferred
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Regularly works more than 40 hours per week, generally 48 to 50 hours per week, with five days on the job, and two days off work, as a general rule
  • Regularly works in the FOH and strong skills also helpful for BOH/ kitchen leading culinary duties
  • Regularly works in the dining room leading host and service functions
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
