EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: 

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous demonstrated success working in a coffee establishment or a guest contact position

  QUALIFICATIONS:

• Team player with excellent communication skills, customer service skills, and a strong commitment to success
• Literate and fluent in English
• Ability to multi-task in a high volume environment and pick up new tasks quickly
• Knowledgeable of both Harrah’s and Starbucks standards and expectations
• Able to successfully pass and complete the Barista Certification
• Ability to accurately handle money and use computerized cash register and computer or special equipment operated
• Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
• Acts as a role model to other Team Members and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars Entertainment and encourages others to do the same.
• Adheres to all regulatory, company and department policies and procedures

  PHYSICAL, MENTAL and ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

• Ability to stand and walk and move about a work area
• Ability to handle objects by seizing, holding, grasping, turning, or otherwise performing precision work with hand(s)
• Ability to distinguish with a degree of accuracy, differences or similarities in intensity or quality of flavors and/or odors
• Ability to bend, twist, kneel
• Ability to carry and move objects usually by holding it in hands, arms, or shoulders up to 40 pounds

   

  Positions that have contact with the public require the ability to work in a noisy
  environment, and may be exposed to guests who use tobacco products.  Also, non-public contact positions may be required to enter public areas from time to time, in connection with their duties, and may be subject to the same environment.
