What will I be doing?
Duties and Supporting Responsibilities
• Provides excellent guest service
• Solves problems in the moment
• Assists guests and takes orders while operating the cash register
• Makes hand-crafted beverages
• Performs all side duties assigned to them; cleaning, stocking etc.
• Upholds the Starbucks mission and values
• Maintains a calm demeanor while working in a high volume environment
• Creating the Starbucks experience and always keeping customers at our core
Mandatory
• Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal in the English language
• Ability to work a flexible schedule which includes am, pm, weekends and
holidays
• Maintain proper grooming standards, appearance and demeanor
• Ability to handle multiple guest requests and maintain composure during peak
Desirable
• Previous Starbucks or coffee experience
