We are a product centric restaurant specializing in meat, wine and classic cocktails. Our vision is to go back in time when classic Steakhouses were the standard in hospitality. We strive to create, foster and promote good things. Good products, good communities, good stories, good friends, good memories, good food, good drink, good art–good everything. We’re not cool and we’re definitely not perfect. We do, however, believe that restaurants and bars have a significant, lasting effect on a city, its people and its culture. We insist on learning every day, we insist the people with us hustle and attention to detail is paramount.
