Chicago’s Home of Chicken & Waffles is looking for a talented Lead Line Cook. This is a unique opportunity to become a part of a team that is working towards opening restaurants across the Midwest. The position will start with hourly pay with the possibility of leading to a salaried position in the future.

The ideal candidate will be passionate, organized, hard working and self motivated. They must possess a strong desire to learn and grow as a professional, while also having great leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work well with a team.

Key Qualifications Include:
-Minimum of 2 years previous experience working as a lead cook in a professional kitchen
-Strong knife skills
-Working knowledge of Department of Health (DOH) standards
-Great work ethic
-Must possess the ability to work well in a fast paced kitchen
-Open availability to work days, nights and weekends

DISHWASHER

Key Qualifications Include:
