Bombones Sports Bar – Assistant Manager (Dallas)

Bombones is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager that can do the following:
-Effectively train and develop all team members
-Know how to schedule FOH and BOH effectively
-Know how to control costs on food, liquor and labor
-Know how to use social media
-Use Aloha POS effectively
-Adhere to all company policies and procedure
-Can stand for long periods of time
-Provide a clean and safe environment for customers as well as employees
-Accurately complete all daily reports
-Conduct daily pre shift meetings
-Practice responsible service of alcohol
-Enforce sanitary practices for food handling and cleanliness of kitchen

Assistant Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
– The ability to speak and write in Spanish and English
– Experience with Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
– Past experience using Aloha POS is a plus.
– Experience in Hospitality Industry
– Ability to solve problems quickly and work in a face paced environment

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $40,000.00 /year
